       A training and development program based on the evaluation and development of the competencies of the employees within the framework of their job descriptions.        policy is adopted. Appropriate training programs are provided to each employee, taking into account the organizational policies and activity targets and the personal development needs determined by the Human Resources department.

      

       Career Management

       A group consisting of expert groups based on informatics application processes and groups that support them.             Within the organizational structure, there is a process and project-based management approach. In this context, employees          they have the opportunity to work in various functions in their field and they are trained as manager candidates. Intra-organizational human resources are considered as a priority when suitable projects come out.

       Performance management

    The principle of evaluating the performance of the employees by the managers on the basis of realization of department/project targets, active participation in development and improvement activities in the company, business results, competence and efficiency has been adopted.
